We’ve spent countless hours developing and refining our products - we know you’ll love them. However, we understand this might be your first time buying from us. We want you to feel 100% comfortable in your purchase, so your order is covered in-full by our Happiness Guarantee.
If you aren’t happy with any product you buy from us, let us know within 60 days of purchase by contacting us at [email@example.com]. We’ll confirm your order, then provide you instructions to return your product to us, new, used, or broken. Once we receive it, we’ll give you a 100% refund. It’s that simple!

Our Happiness Guarantee
We want all our DK customers to be 110% happy + satisfied. Meaning, if you don't like our products for any reason just let us know within 30 days. Once we get them back, we will issue you a full refund or exchange for a different product to try.
All orders will be shipped through UPS with a tracking number 1-4 business days from the time orders are placed. Once an order is out for shipment, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number and expected delivery date. If you can't find the email, just send us a message on our contact form with the name you placed the order under and we can look up your tracking for you! We try to get all orders out same day and be as FAST as possible, but we are still a small business and appreciate your patience! Sometimes we need to roast just for you ;)
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on our Contact Our Team Page. Our customer service team will be happy to help by exchanging your purchase, or issuing you a refund, and sending you a return label.
All requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase. All parts must be returned with brewing supplies, cups, lids, or tumblers, bags of product cannot be empty.
How-To Return Unwanted Items
1. Contact via email at email@example.com or reach out to us on our Contact Our Team Page. Let us know your name, order number, what products you didn't like and why. Let us know if you would like to exchange for a new flavor to try or get a full refund.
2. We will get your request and send you via email a USPS or UPS return shipment label. We will cover the cost of return shipping for most items. *Doesn't include bulk and heavy items.
3. Once your package is received back at our warehouse with goods inside, we will process your request, and issue your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within the same payment method you used at checkout. Refunds will appear within 1-7 business days depending on your card carrier. For exchanges, products will be shipped within 5-7 business days of being returned.
