Order Processing
All Drink Katy’s orders are carefully packed and shipped from our Tampa, Florida facility.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Drink Katy’s is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Drink Katy’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking number shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
• checking with neighbors or household members
• checking around your property or mailbox
• contacting the shipping carrier directly
We are happy to assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Refunds are generally limited to 1-2 opened products per order and the product will need to be returned to prevent misuse of the guarantee.
Returns & Refunds
If a return is required or approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
